A thousand thanks

News

The hearts of all employees of the CHUS Foundation were overflowing with gratitude last Thursday as we celebrated the global day of the word “thank you”.

On this day, we undertook a special mission: to call, simply to thank. Our objective was to reach 1,000 people in order to highlight their support for the Foundation.

The whole team was proud to have achieved their goal. Each of the 1,032 calls we made was filled with gratitude to our valuable donors and partners who are making a difference for the entire population of Estrie who receives health care in our hospitals in Sherbrooke.

Our generous volunteers lent their voices to this exercise, among them the animator and comedian Alain Dumas, a precious pillar of our team. The members of the CIUSSS de l'Estrie - CHUS also took advantage of their break to join this outpouring of gratitude.

For those who did not receive a call, know that our appreciation extends to you. Your support and support are more than important for all the people who benefit from the care in our institutions.

A thousand thanks to all of you.

- The CHUS Foundation team
